What is Intense Pulsed Light (IPL)? IPL is a technology that enhances natural light waves and emits them in the form of pulses. Natural light is a continuous light source with wavelengths ranging from 380nm to 780nm, which actually contains seven colors, commonly referred to as “color light” 1. The following spectrum chart records the light source at different wavelengths and the amount of light energy emitted.

New type of intense pulsed light (DPL), targeted to solve various skin problems. Selective wavelengths can effectively even out skin tone, whiten, remove hair for a long time, and tighten the skin. It can be used for fine lines around the eyes and forehead, neck lines, and even the firmness of the skin on the arms and abdomen. The freezing head keeps the skin protected at -10°C to -5°C, greatly reducing discomfort during treatment and achieving a new experience of light hair removal/ultra-tender skin.

Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) can simultaneously emit multiple laser beams, so it can improve various skin problems at once, such as shrinking pores, lightening blemishes, smoothing wrinkles, and improving acne. The advantage of IPL is that it can treat different skin problems at the same time, but the disadvantage is that the effect cannot be concentrated and is more difficult to control because IPL is not targeted, and different bands disperse its power.

The main effects of Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) are:
Improving dull and yellowish skin
Reducing acne marks
Shrinking pores to make skin firmer
Increasing skin radiance
Reducing skin oil secretion
Even skin tone
Lightening freckles and red blood vessels
